My Favorite Tree

My favorite tree outback of my house. Through rain snow sleet and wind it stands tall and proud.

Birds and squirrels live and play in this tree of life...

The Radiance of A Late Evening Sunset

Sometimes you are presented with a once in a lifetime vision. Catch them while you can for it will never happen again exactly like you see it for the first time...

Rustic Memories

Sometimes the most innocent and mundane items can trigger most wonderful memories of the distant past.

I will leave it at that...

Tulip - Passion and Love

Tulips are a symbol of passion and love.

Nothing shows more passion and more love than the crucifixion of Jesus on Good Friday and in His resurrection on Easter Sunday.

Yes, He is Risen...

Three Crosses On A Hill

There is no other name, given among men, by which we are saved...

It is by Jesus of whom we speak, who died on the middle cross, that we are saved from the penalty of our sins...

Up From The Past They Came

Several years ago my wife and I created a small flower garden in our yard. Eventually, due to physical problems, my wife could no longer take care of them like she wanted.

So we dug up the garden and all the bulbs we could find. We laid down new top soil and planted new grass. It looked like a flower garden had never been there.

A couple of years later we looked out one morning and discovered these flowers growing. We decided to let them go and when they would die I would just go over the area with the mower.

A month later they were still there and here they are. Two days after this photo was taken they had died and just disappeared.

I took the mower over that area yesterday.

The Creeper

The Creeper crawls along the ground.
It climbs up, and then hangs down.
So in your backyard don't say it's all fine.
For you might be next, to be covered by the vine...
