Steps To Imagination

    

At Harper’s Ferry, when you climb the mountain to get to Jefferson’s Rock, there is a path that leads on up past the rock to a cemetery that is on top of the hill. This is that path.

The day that I took this photo, the path seemed so brightly lighted while the trees and vegetation on both side were dimly lit. I had in mind a B&W image when I took this photo and this is how the finished image looks.

The path does look like it goes nowhere, but if you ever get to Harper’s Ferry you will have to finish the climb yourself to see what is at the top…
