Back Through The Gap

Just about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Cumberland, MD, about 5 miles, is Pea Vine Run. Once you enter through the gap you come to a completely different world, void of city life. A world that is full of farm lands, charm and beautiful scenery. It’s almost like taking a step back in time, and it’s all to be seen just outside of town.

Most places don’t have land like this so close to town. We do and I’m glad that we do. It’s beautiful, fascinating and a place all it’s own. Thank God for places like Pea Vine Run…

  1. Fall is such a mixture of bountifulness & barrenness all at the same time. Beautiful vibrant fall leaves and then...empty, grayness void of (most) color. Still nature provides beauty year round even in seemingly nothingness. You captured both in these photos. We are so lucky to live in such a diverse area. There is never a shortage of places to photography:)
