I love Street Photography but I don’t work at it that much. So, while on vacation lately, I decided to spend a little time practicing.
However, I decided to try shooting in B&W mode only, and not shoot in color before converting it. So, what I did was to set my P&S camera to the B&W mode. Then I preset the focus to about 10 ft. and put the camera in aperture priority mode; set at f/4. This allowed me to just take my P&S camera and just point it and shoot… :-)
